Set up your Notification Handlers
The first thing we recommend you do is set up your notifications handlers – which is where you want to receive your downtime notifications sent from your monitors.
Step 1: Head to "Notification Handlers" from the left menu
Step 2: Click on "Create Notification handler" in the top right corner
Step 3: Setup your notification handler
You can choose to any type of notification handler: Email, Webhook, Slack, Discord, Telegram, SMS
- You can create multiple notifications handlers if you want to get pinged in multiple locations
- Basic Plan Users can only create 2 email notification handlers
